We understand your urgency and we try to make your every demand available. But in certain cases, due to unavoidable reason the stock might get exhausted while your order is being processed. For such cases you can opt for cancellation of order and your amount will be refunded. The refund is immediately processed but it might take 3-7 business days for it to reflect in your account.(Banking Procedures)

Total Automation will accept returns of product within 15 days of sale, only under following conditions
- The product is found defective (This will rarely happen, as we care for you and only sell genuine factory tested products)
- The product is not exactly as per description while the sale was committed
- Wrong product is delivered to you. ( Once in blue moon!)
- Damaged product is delivered to you ( We pack with care, Just hard luck can do this)
The return should satisfy the following conditions
- The original packing, calibration certificate/s, tags, holograms , pricing, should be intact in case of a wrong product delivered to you.(You can understand even we need to sell the product to intended customer, so appreciate your care)
- The Tags, all provided accessories and the original box should be intact in case of defective product
- The product should not be used / worn off and should have all the accessories intact within the boxes with respective serial numbers.
You can opt out for replacement for any defective product only if the product is in stock for the period of 15 days else a refund will be duly initiated. You can extend the replacement duration with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the number of days you can provide us as an extension. After approval we initiate refund immediately, it takes 3-7 working days which is beyond Total Automation’s control, yet we will be assisting you through the refund process.
If any product is found defective after 15 days of sale, it will be covered under manufacturers warranty Terms and Conditions. You can contact Total Automation and get the Manufacturers details for claiming the warranty (Ideally the details are included with in the manual provided with the product), we would be happy to help you with it.
You can cancel any paid order within 8 hours of placing the order. We will initiate a 100% refund immediately which might take up to 3- 7 working days.
Unfortunately if the order is shipped or processed, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel any order you can call us or mail us at email@example.com with order number in subject line. We will call you to confirm the cancellation as a security measure.
